Job Description

We are seeking for a qualified QHSE Inspector to join our team and manage the quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) aspects of drilling and workover rigs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring adherence to QHSE standards and regulations, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform regular inspections of drilling and workover rigs to verify compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents and accidents.
  • Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures tailored to drilling operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to personnel on QHSE best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (QHSE, Engineering, etc.).
  • Proven experience in QHSE inspections within the oil and gas industry, particularly with drilling and workover rigs.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil field.
  • At least 10 Years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
  • IADC and NEBOSH certifications are required.
  • In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional QHSE certifications are a plus.
